Great American family channel

How to I watch GAC (Great American family) channel? I can't even find it on the xfinity stream app....help!!!!

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I can't get the channel either using the voice remote or typing it in on xfinity stream.

@ptfedave I am sorry to hear you have not been able to enjoy the Great American Family Channel. I just recently discovered it myself and love the Christmas Movies on it.  To make sure it is apart of your current channel line up can you please send us a private message, including your full name, and your full address?

We are unable to get The Great American Family channel in Fort Myers, Fl. I have found forums saying it should be on xfinity channel 1620.

It seems the HD version of GAF is gone? I can still watch in low def on channel 454. Where is the 1620 HD channel? This literally happened over night. This is in Sacramento.
