Freezing and now pixilating

Our TV is a year old and our service at this new home is also one year-old. I’ve had countless techs To the house to investigate the freezing issue. After many changes, including enhanced Wi-Fi booster and new router and going to CAT5 direct now, I also have some pixelating issues. It just never seems to stop. My TV is also a Samsung. For 160 a month, you would think you could get TV programs without these issues. They just do not understand the technology glitches.
