Free On Demand Movies Costing When Streaming on Computer

Why are movies Saved in On Demand free if watched on TV but would cost if I streamed on my computer? Is there a setting I'm missing?

An update: in a chat session with another xfinity agent yesterday, I found out that there are some free On Demand movies on the X1 cable box only; no movies are free through the streaming app. Too bad: I feel like xfinity gets plenty of my $$ already but whatever. Thanks, every1 for the help anyway.

To clarify, the content you can watch for free through your cable box, is not free when trying to watch it through the Stream App?
