Flash ...

Anyone have any insight into if/when Comcast is going to dump Flash for computer streaming and move to HTML5 with the rest of the civilized world? Flash goes out of support in 2020 and will ultimately be dropped completely. Obviously the end is nigh.

Sooner would be better. I recently uninstalled Flash completely since the internet plug-in for Flash was causing other problems .. and, of course, lost the ability to stream ....

Comcast announced that it will replace flash by end of December 2020. It is currently used to verify the integrity of the encrypted video stream path not for video presentation.
