Fire stick and Xfinity stream

I see multiple customers with the same issue that I am having and hoping for a resolve. I have been using my fire stick with Xfinity streaming for years and all of a sudden it is now freezing when I use the mini guide. I have tried all the problem-solving tips that are suggested on your site. Please advise.
