I talked to someone at x-finity when i moved into my new residence...They were suppose to have everything ready to set up my internet and streaming channel once I pick up my equipment...once i did, i tried to set it up and it would not connect..Called x-finity and they said they would have to send someone out and there would be no charge to me..they came out and come to find out they didn't have everything ready and technician had to do outside work....now they are charging me that $100 fee for service call...(which I was told I wouldn't have to pay that)..I called xfinity and they said now I have to pay it...Xfinity is not reliable in what they say..now I am taking my account off of autodraft because they did not hold up to what I was told...who do i Have to contact in regards to this matter?
