Feedback

On July 12, 2025, I visited the Nottingham, MD location to drop off my equipment.  The store was very busy yet I was greeted right away by Felipe P., who informed me that he would check me in shortly.  Felipe was amazing.  He was tending to customers, checking others in, and was pleasant and cheerful despite a negative interaction with a customer (this customer was trying to give him a hard time).  He showed tremendous grace under pressure, and did not show any signs of being overwhelmed.  Thank you Felipe!
