They're having all kinds of issues, if you read through this forum, with Stream over the last week(s). Usually you just download the app if it's not included in your devices app list, login, and you're good to go.
But you might have issues right now depending on brand, device, laptop, Android app, etc. Some are working, some aren't, it seems.
What devices will work with Xfinity Stream? Xfinity Stream is available on: Web: Windows and MacOS at xfinity.com/stream Mobile: iOS and Android devices TVs: Amazon Fire TV Cast to any TV capable of Google Chromecast or Apple Airplay Apple TV* LG TV* Roku* Samsung Smart TV* Xumo TV* Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity *Available in-home only to Xfinity TV customers with internet. Note: LG TVs, Samsung Smart TVs, and Apple TV devices are not eligible to stream NOW TV and NOW TV Latino content.
From there you would download the Xfinity Stream App to your compatible device, log in and enjoy!
