Every 10-15 Minutes, Audio is Repeating about 4-5 words on the actual program I'm watching, and the 1st commercial at breaks
I have noticed about every 10-15 minutes, whatever program I am watching I get a couple of seconds repeated; 3-4 words get repeated like the whatever I'm watching jumped back a few seconds and started over. This happens regardless of channel and program and it also happens with the first commercial during the breaks. It happens on Streamed DVR programs, and on Streamed LIVE TV programs.

Hello, @user_80062d. I appreciate you making us aware you're experiencing a repeating issue when attempting to enjoy DVR and Live programs on the streaming app. Don't worry, you're definitely in the right place to figure out a solution to this problem. Is this happening when you use the app on any device? Have you tried resetting the cache and cookies on your equipment?
