ESPN3 issues on TV sets -

Cannot get ESPN3, ACC+, SEC+ streaming channels to work on regular TV without streaming the app and casting to my sets - this has been the case for at least two weeks - looking for resolution - have already reset and restarted everything -

Did you ever get this resolved?  I'm having exactly the same problem.

Yes I do.

Ive talked to numerous tech support and supposedly got escalated to engineering and their recommendation is to change out the box. I was hoping a Comcast person on here could look at my account first since I have a bunch of recordings on the box that I don’t want to lose.

using a smart device or desk/laptop and the stream TV app/website view the recordings in the cloud. Those will still be playable the day you swap out the DVRs as they are stored in the cloud. new recordings will erase the older ones so watch oldest recordings first. an alternative is to get a 2nd DVR and watch the older shows until caught up. when the cloud DVR and your local DVRs have the same recordings it is then safe to return the 'bad' DVR.
