espn unlimited

I originally posted about this ESPN Unlimited problem under user_1v383x. XfinityAlfonso asked me to send a private message to Xfinity Support, which I did, but I never received a response. I am now using my own Xfinity ID, user_xx0w3m. Can someone please help me continue with this issue?  I've been trying for months to get this issue resolved.
