ESPN unlimited

Unable to activate espn unlimited even though it is included. I don’t have or never received the activation email that people got. Contacting support has been no help. It shows that it is included but I don’t see anywhere on how to activate. When I click on activate subscriptions, it shows peacock and nothing else.

@user_c0c9dm Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can understand how frustrating it is to run into errors activating ESPN Unlimited. Just to clarify, are you clicking this link: Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions  to attempt to activate ESPN Unlimited? Can you share what webbrowser you are using? Have you attempted any different web browsers to activate?

Yes, I’ve clicked on your website a lot. I have tried chrome and safari.

user_c0c9dm Thank you for confirming that. I'll need to review the account details on our end to perform some account specific troubleshooting. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 


To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

I actually did get an email, but it just leads to the same dead end.
