ESPN Unlimited Required Hardware

I, like many others, activated the ESPN Unlimited offer from the received email. When I try to access it on TV, I get a message that I need new equipment for this functionality.

Does my current Xfinity box not support ESPN Unlimited? And if it doesn't, what do I need and what is the additional per month charge?

Thank you for reaching out to our team. There is not an additional charge for an upgraded device, the monthly equipment lease fee is the same for all devices.    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
