Error:TVAPP-00481

I keep getting this error on my Samsung TV. Seems like previous issues were with laptops, etc. not an actual TV.

I got the Xfinity stream app on my Samsung TV yesterday and it has not worked yet I have tried talking to a person and chat this morning and it hasn't helped either I keep getting TVap 00 148 

It's the same area code that I see the other people have in this
