Error TVAPP00500

Had this problem (no streaming...nothing) then un/reinstalled app. Still getting nothing. Very frustrating. Xfinity has been a nightmare. Please fix/help

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_ho60yh. Thank you so much for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums page. I see that you are getting an error code of TVAPP-00500. Are you using a Roku, Fire stick or are you using the Xfinity Stream app that is installed on a TV?
