Error Tvapp-00500 Xfinity App not loading guide
Receiving error Tvapp-0500 cannot load guide please try again later. I’m using Roku to stream.
-Unplugged Roku and Tv then plugged back in. Still received the same error.
-Uninstalled the xfinity app and reinstalled. Still received the same error.
-Restarted the App. Still received the same error.

Hey, @binkybink! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your Xfinity Stream App concerns. It looks like you've gone through some troubleshooting steps on your own. Thanks for taking those steps in advance. It's always a good start. I would also recommend rebooting your modem/router. This will help refresh the Roku network connection. Have you tried that too?
