Error TVAPP-00331

Using Roku stick can’t replay last 3 recorded NASCAR races.  This is a new issue, have been recording these races for years with these tvs and Roku sticks.

I have 3 tv’s with Roku sticks and same problem on all 3.  I have a non Roku tv which will play back with no problem.

I have powered off Roku stick, updated it, deleted Xfinity App and reinstalled, recycled and reset gateway.  Still getting error message.  I can replay other recorded shows on the tv’s with Rokus, just not the NASCAR races.

@firefox33 Thank you for providing the community with your troubleshooting steps you've taken to attempt to resolve the issue from your end. The error message is a playback loop error and if the troubleshooting steps you've taken didn't resolve the issue we can take a closer look from our end. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
