(Error TVAPP-00281)

I am getting (Error TVAPP-00281) on my home computer when trying to connect to Xfinity Stream.  It was working fine a couple of days ago, but now it wound work at all.

I have logged out and back in, cleared the cache, turned it off and back on, is there a fix?

user_1kw7r9 Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about the Streaming App issues you have been experiencing. If you try using the Xfinity App on any other device do you get the same error message? Have you tried rebooting your Xfinity Modem manually? Or through the Xfinity App? This can help refresh the internet connection overall and might correct the issue.

I am getting the same error!  I pay too much money each month to have to deal with this issue.  Last week, there was an outage for 2 days.  This is ridiculous!

@user_s0q8i5 I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with the app especially after 2 day service interruption last week. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this error code you're getting.

Have you by any chance tried logging out, then log back in to see if that helps? Are you getting the same error on all of your devices?
