Error tvapp-00273

I have received error tvapp-00273 for 2 days when trying to cast to my tv from tge xfinity stream app on my phone. For the last 2 months my xfinity wifi has been awful. What do I do to fix streaming to my smart tv??? 

I use my phone to run the xfinity stream app and cast to my tv from inside the app. HELP PLEASE!!
