Error tvapp-00209 after changing channel lineup

Recently had to make changes due to promotional ricing ended on my account.  After the change, the xFinity Stram app on my ipad no longer functions properly.  the app opens, but when I click on ANY channel I get error tvapp-00209.  Here are the steps I have done so far:

1. restarted the ipad

2. restarted the gateway

3. restarted x1 cable box

4. uninstalled and reinstalled the xfinity stream app on the ipad.

None of those steps has resolved the issue.

How do I get the app to work as it did before the changes to my plans?

Thanks!

NoNoBadPuppy Hmm, that is strange. Have you attempted to run a system of things?

You can do this using the Xfinity App or Website:
  • Go to the TV tile or select Fix an Issue under support.
  • Choose Troubleshoot and select System Refresh.

Thanks for the response.  That didn't work.  I spent about two hours on the phone with support, had them do multiple things, but was unable to resolve the issue.  Have a supervisor technician appointment on 10/10.  Hopefull will find some resolution when he/she arrives.  After the system changes, my WAN IP address is now 'located' in Detroit.  I live on the other side of the state, which is nearly 200 miles from my location.  I think that may be the issue, and my IP does not match my home address.

@XfinityTommy I will do this after the supervisor technician visit tomorrow.  I will wait until we see if he is able to repair the issues.  If not, I will DM you.  I have an open ticket already.
