(Error TVAPP-00203)
I have been having an issue with the online streaming service for a while now whether it be from my phone, tablet or computer. I am not trying to come across aggressively, but people pay money for this kind of luxury and to not have access to it is very aggravating. I thought that this problem would eventually go away but it seems like nothing will occur unless I receive some assistance on your part.

I had this error for about two months, and could not view ANY channels without the dreaded message "you need to subscribe to this channel" even though I am supposed to get them all.
THERE IS A SOLUTION!
(back story)
Trying to report an outage in my building via phone support and after giving the tech the owners name etc., MY PHONE NUMBER was associated with this old account.
When the owner sold the building, I set up service for the building using my apartment number, however, MY PHONE NUMBER was still associated with the OLD ACCOUNT.
Every time I tried to log in to pay a bill or check on service, the Comcast system shot me over to the old account.. many MANY calls to billing and CS did no good - there was no way to ACTUALLY remove my number from some online server (there are many, in different departments), or so I was infomed (by many)
I tried everything: new browser, upgraded Flash (does not work with latest Chrome), cleaning cache - everything.
It was then that I accidentally discovered a post by someone else who had tried something different to solve the TVAPP-009203 error, and it involved the BILLING department, not Tech Support..
If you are receiving this error, call Comcast and request BILLING.. work your way through the hated voice menu until you get a real human being. Bonus points if it's a "Native English Speaker" actually located here in the US - if not, ask for one, and be persistent.
HERE'S the KEY PHRASE to ask for once you get someone:
"I am requesting a DEEP BACKGROUND ACCOUNT REFRESH"
It worked, immediatly.
I literally cried.
If this works for you, please pass this along.. SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE in Comast should have figured this out, that is, if they were "really" all about Customer Serivice.
Kudos to CHARLES in Virginia, a former Level II tech like myself.

Local channel 7 states I need a subscription to watch with error TVAPP-00203.
Tech support says they do not have a reference for error TVAPP-00203 yet we have references from customers that this error pops up for some.
So tech support is in the dark, and I am left with a channel I pay for but cannot watch since yesterday.
Comcast rasises proces yet frewuently has problems delivering content.
I will cancell this week is it is not resolved in the next day or so.
By the way, I responded to the survey that popped up while in this forum and this is the error I received when I submitted my answers to the survey. (See below)
What a poor excuse for an ISP or media company.
I have not had one problem with Amazon PRIME video.
An Unexpected Error has occurred.
