I am a TV subscriber and cannot get this working.   It works on my PCs and IOS, but not on an LG TV that was working just fine.   I have removed the APP Re-downloaded and still the same issue.  TV Firmware updated etc.

Please help

Read a comment on how to direct message regarding this, but I do not see any direct message Icon at this link https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging, a screenshot would be appreciated if there is such a thing

Hello, @user_oao9q8 how are you? Our team can help with your app and LG TV. Have you also reset your modem? If no, I recommend resetting your modem and using the Xfinity Assistant to send the right signals to clear the TVAPP error code. You can access this tool from the Xfinity app, or you can use this link. https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

I am also a Xfinity tv (and internet) customer and get this same

error when logging into the preloaded Xfinity Stream app on my new Pioneer Xumo TV. Help!

Davis.cd Thanks for reaching out! I would suggest restarting your Xfinity Gateway or modem, along with your TV and try the Xfinity Stream app again. It sounds like the app on the TV may not be recognizing the in home internet service.
