Error TVAPP-00116 when trying to use xfinity app

Many of my channels will not come up when I try to stream using the Xfinity app. I will get an error message. Issue occurs on my phone, smart tv, and tablet. Channels work fine on my tv's with cable from the wall. Help. Please.
