Error TVAPP-00100 - do I seriously have to call you to get this fixed???

I'm trying to watch football today, but every browser I use gives me this error: Error TVAPP-00100.   Google tells me that I need to somehow get ahold of a customer service rep by tweeting first (I don't use twitter/X) and then hope somebody calls me to clear the logins on the backend.   OK, so let's get this started please, I'd like to use the service I'm paying for.  I am NOT creating a twitter/X account so please address it here.   I don't know how else to contact support - the chat bot is useless.
