Hello, @user_umrnd3 are you able to let us know what device you're seeing the Error Code on? Are you seeing it on all devices? The best thing you can do is reset all your devices and your modem. If this has not fixed the issue please let us know.

I have the same error code issue on my Roku tv. I was fast forwarding through the commercials of a recorded show and then it asked me if I wanted to delete the show (still had about 40 minutes left to watch) I chose NO and then the TVAPP 00331 error code popped up and now I can’t watch any recorded shows because the error pops up on all recordings.

Hello @user_i42n0z This is a known issue that can sometimes occur with the Stream app on Roku devices, particularly after fast-forwarding. I recommend performing a few specific steps. To confirm, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
