Error TVAPP 00203

​Was streaming on my iPhone and when I changed channels, suddenly got the error, am locked out of most of my channels with error message “TVAPP 00203”. Tried reloading app, restarting phone, reinstalling app, to no effect. Xfinity assistant was utterly useless ​

I am having the same issue with my iPad and roku TV. Did all the reinstalling, checked for updates, and even restarted the modem.  Nothing is working.

@user_777ba4 thank you so much for letting us know you are also having issues with your Xfinity Stream app. We did have a reported issue that our engineers were able to resolve if you are still having issues please let us know!

@user_e18248  Thank you for reaching out to us through our Xfinity Forums Community, and thank you for your patience while awaiting our response. We are aware of issues with the Xfinity Stream app, our team is working to resolve this as quickly as we can. We like to report, that for some the problem has been resolved for them after deleting the app, power cycling the device, and then reloading app. This resets and refreshes the app. Can you let me know if you are still experiencing the issues?

Hello and thank you for bringing this concern regarding access to your channels via the Stream app to our attention here at the Xfinity Community Forums @user_bcdb02 . Some users are now reporting that the problem has been resolved for them after restarting and reinstalling the app once more, so I just wanted to confirm if you are still experiencing the issues as it has been a few days.
