Error trying to stream the World Series

When I try to stream the World Series I get:

We've run into a problem while streaming Washington Nationals at Houston Astros. Please wait while we try again.

 and then...

(Error TVAPP-00206).

I've made sure that the Flash Player is allowed, tried both Chrome and FireFox, and tries restarting the computer.
