Error message

I keep getting error message “somethings wrong please try again”... on my Onn Roku tv... while trying to stream Xfinity beta app... been like this for 2/3 weeks

Are you having troubles with any other apps on your Roku or do you get the same error when trying to use the Stream app on any other devices?
