Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch = can't stream for weeks now

 
Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch
 
Constant error - Sign out sign in sign out sign in...
 
Yes I have deleted cookies and cleared cache and rebooted everything.
Using chrome on mac and chromebooks.
Sick of this error. 
Who do I need to contact to fix this?

sign in at web site xfinity.com. select account, then users. add a new unrestricted user. use that new user/password to sign in. working?
