Error ftde.provision.11700 Still not fixed!

Something's not right here


We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please call 1-800-xfinity and mention error 11700.

(Error ftde.provision.11700)


Please can someone there at this company fix this error for my account so I can actually watch steaming from my desktop computer AND make it where it doesn't keep re-regestring my same computer over and over and over again every time I want to watch my shows.

It is not my cookies they are all being saved!

It is not my virus program it is set to allow Xfinity!

Hi Khalins,

There were some inactive deviceIds on your account from web browsers, likely due to browser settings being set to clear cookies/resetting sessions after use. I have cleared these out - and the 11700 error should no longer be occurring.  Please try signing in again and let us know if you run into any other issues.

I Had this same problem for almost 1 week its all about who you end up with on the other end of the phone i wish you the best of luck once i got the right person ittook her 5 Minutes to get it up and working again
