Error code TVAPP-00500

​I am also having the same problem. I performed a factory reset and the channels did not come back, how can this be fixed? Error code ​

You getting the Tvapp-00500 error?  Same here on Roku.  Tried deleting app, different Roku, restarting modem and router.  Nothing works.
