Error code TVAPP-00249

Keep receiving a “playback issue :: TVAPP-00249” only when trying to watch local hockey games. Doesn’t matter the device. Do not show they’re blacked out nor should they be. 

I have uninstalled app, reinstalled. Can not find “clear cache” anywhere in any of the settings (phones or apps), this is beyond frustrating and inconvenient! Please help get this resolved!
