Error Code TVAPP-00170

We have been unable to stream on desktop devices.  When we log in, the above error code appears, over and over, sign in and sign out.  I spent hours troubleshooting.  I was told that it was a problem on Xfinity's side.  I believe (according to this forum) that xfinity is the resource to address this issue.  So this feels like the only way to get any attention to the matter.

Welcome to our community forum, @Chuck64! Thank you for reaching out so we can help with the error message you're seeing. This code displays when there are too many devices trying to stream at one time. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in your browser settings? You may also try signing out of the Xfinity Steam app on devices you are not currently using.

Yes, I tried that. But, it didn't help. The issue resolved itself a couple of days later.
