Error code NW-2-5

Tv was working fine and then went to black.  Now I get error code NW-2-5 for netflix. No other channels are working either. So frustrating.

I know a few days have passed, are you still having troubles connecting your TV? If so, can you please share any troubleshooting steps you have completed?
