Error code 00349

Trying to stream Have I got news for you to my TV get error code “Playback Issue :: TVAPP-00349” Same happens when I download program to my IPad and try and stream it to my TV

Thank you for posting on our community forums, raysmith8. I'm sorry to hear about the playback issue you've been experiencing. Is this happening on all programming or just a particular show? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Different browsers? Or clearing cache and cookies?
