Emergency Amber Alert Keeps Playing
An amber alert which had been closed keeps playing on my xfinity stream app on app my tvs. When I turn on xfinity stream the old amber alert plays then freezes on the last screen. Happens after about 5 min of having the TV on...makes it unwatchable

We are sorry to hear about the trouble with the Xfinity Stream app. Have you attempted to troubleshoot by unplugging your cable box or sending the cable box a signal through the Xfinity App? This would reset the device, so it receives the update.
