DVR'd programs missing from recordings
When I access saved programs on my TV, all the programs are there. When I try to access from my iPad, there are no programs showing up for the past several days.
I have synched my DVR and I have shut down and logged in again on the Xfinity stream app but there is no change. What's up with that?

Thank you for reaching out here about the issue with those recordings. If you are still experiencing an issue with that we will be happy to look further into that. Have you already cleared the cache and cookies on your device to see if that resolves that issue?
