DVR sound issues
I am so tired of sound issues with the DVR on ipad. Recorded the Voice last week and played it back tonight...no sound. Tried restarting...still no go. This is not the first time this has happened. Lots of times when shows only have about 2-5 minutes left the sound will go out. I don't like having to watch On Demand...for how much I we are paying it is so annoying to not be able to fast forward.
Don't know if this matters but the ipad has 225 GB free.

This is happening with me as well both on the xfinity app and on the website.

Hello, @Reenler, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the sound for that recording of The Voice. My girlfriend loves that show, so I can imagine how you felt when you couldn't hear the sound of that. On-Demand is pretty great for watching shows and catching up, but the commercials do get tiring, so I get why it's not your go-to. I'd love a chance to help get this turned around for you and find a fix once and for all. Is this the only recording you've experienced this issue with recently? Are you able to test if other recordings on a different network give you the same issue? Are you able to access that same recording on different devices and access sound?

I have the same issue when watching a show on my DVR with an iPad and sound drops for no reason. So frustrating

Me too! All of the movies I have recorded lose sound after 28 minutes in when watching on my iPad or iPhone. ALL OF THEM!! Makes all of the recordings useless!
