DVR records wrong channel

This morning when we checked our CBS Mornings and CNN This Morning neither was recorded - instead each one was replaced with a SYFY REWIND channel TWILIGHT ZONE episode - two different episodes (no joke).  Our other recordings were all fine.

@XfinityJodie​ We are having this issue. Started yesterday. Here is one example. We have several. Good Morning Football recorded SYfy Rewind.  What’s up?

Hello @vballfam1. I am sad to hear that your recording was not for the program you selected. I can only imagine the frustration this would bring, and I am truly sorry. It has been a couple of days since you reached out. Are you still experiencing this recording issue, or were you able to get this resolved?
