Dvr recordings not showing in stream

Stream is only showing a few of my recordings and almost immediately deleting new recordings. They are still present on my tv box, but stream will only show 5 or so.

I believe that the recordings available via the Stream app are only the ones that are stored in the cloud. If your cloud storage is already full, then any new recordings would only be stored on your DVR boxe itself via the hard drive and not the cloud.

Have you checked to see if your storage is showing as full?

To see your current storage %, press the xfinity button on your remote, then click Saved > Recordings. From here, you will see the storage meter to show how much space you have left for your Cloud DVR storage.

I’m only at 42%. I’ve had this service for 15+ years and this only started happening recently

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
