DVR recordings are shrunk

Hello,

Im having a problem on the xfinity stream app. when I watch recorded programs they dont show up on the entire TV screen and it seems like the quality of the picture has gone down.  Its kinda like im watching a smaller TV inside my TV, there is a thick black border all around the picture.  I use my Roku on my tv to get the app. I dont have any problems when watching live TV, just the recordings.  I record sports when im too busy to watch live.  Are there any suggestions you can give me to make it go away? Its not a big deal, just kind of annoying.

Hi, @Jfish916! That sounds super frustrating. We will likely need to open a ticket to have this looked into since it's specific to recordings and not an issue with the Roku itself. Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name and address so we may further assist you.
