DVR playback in app bugs??

Every time I try to playback dvr episodes in the Xfinity stream app I experience issues. Specifically when I try to fast forward it glitches and jumps backward like 10 minutes. I literally can’t even get through an entire episode unless I sit through all the commercials. It’s 2025 why can’t I even fast forward without issues

Hello there @user_c4l68g I do understand how this can become frustrating. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling your app?
