dvr limit keeps changing from 20 to 300 back and forth

My streaming app DVR limit keeps changing from 300 to 20 to 300 back and forth before my eyes. Should stay at 300.

Thanks for reaching out through our community forums, user_7mgy20! That definitely sounds like a confusing glitch on the app. You've come to the right place for help! To get a better idea of what's happening, how are you accessing the Xfinity Stream app and have you noticed if this is occurring on multiple devices/platforms?

We're also supposed to have 300 hours with TV Plus after changing from our old plan in December. Or at least that's what I read before signing up. With 6 recordings totaling 409 minutes, we're at 5% used. Well, 409 minutes is approximately 6.8 hours. And 5% of about 136 hours is 6.8 hours. So it would seem 5% of about 150 hours is giving us our usage. But we should have 300 hours. 

So, in other words, something is either wrong with our account or your system shows the wrong percentage used.

@XfinitySean​ yes, it was on both TV and phone streaming apps. I was in process of changing from a 20 plan to a 300 plan. For some reason the switch of plans was taking longer than it should. The setting couldn't make up its mind. I think it is set correctly now. I will keep looking to make sure it stays at 300.
