You've contacted the right place for support, and want to investigate further is you're still having issues access the downloaded content from the Xfinity App. I did find an old forum post that mentions, you may need to re-log into the Xfinity Stream App on the device before the offline/download content will reappear and be accessible when offline: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-stream-app/stream-app-downloads-not-showing-up/62fdbdbae951e801ff09534b
