Download recordings not showing up on iPad
I have an issue with recordings I have downloaded on my iPad - current IPadOS version 26.2- ipad storage is 128gb used only 27.09gb with over 100.91 available.
When look at the stream app in settings - it shows version 7.24 and shows 5.32 documents and data along with downloaded videos- 9 total videos downloaded.
But when I go to stream app -my
Library - downloads - nothings shows up.
When I go to recordings I see them indicated as on this device till 2/16 etc.
I am on WiFi at this time and don’t see them. I also made sure to make sure DVR is synced as a prior post had stated
So what is the issue of not seeing them on my iPad in the app as I have in past.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
