Does Comcast care that customers can't stream? Um, no
I've read here on this board and around the web where people are stating they are unable to stream. I have the same issue on my Macbook using both Safari and Firefox including incognito mode. I have reported this to Comcast and frankly they don't seem to care. It has been well over a month since I reported it and I have commented on at least one other thread here about it. If Comcast responds it's things like "have you tried restarting your computer?" or "what OS are you using" and when people respond to that Comcast never further responds. It is apparent it is a widespread issue and obviously a ton of people like to stream on computers and laptops. So why isn't Comcast doing anything to correct the problem? Why don't they care about customers? We have been customers of Comcast for 30 years! Yup 30 years. Let's see $235 per month (present value) X 12 X 30 = $84,600 Yup that's a lot of money. When I called to report the problem would you like to know what Comcast offered? How about a free one year of cell service? Do you think I want to switch from my current service to anything Comcast has to offer? NO. NEVER. FIX THE [Edited: Language] PROBLEM ALREADY!!!

Hello @user_a0f600. I understand your frustration and I do know this has been going on for a while, We are still working on a fix for this. Right now the engineering team is still trying to get this resolved but in the meantime they suggest using incognito mode. If that does not work you can also try using a different smart device or smart TV. I would be happy to review your account in the meantime and see what we can do.
