Disney+ Subscription

Hello!

So, I have had the same issue as others with the activation of the disney plus/hulu subscription. I talked to xfinity multiple times and disney plus as well and had no luck. went searching and saw someone just went through the full checkout with the 12.99/month plan and it didn’t charge their account, mine did. but the activation button wasn’t even under disney plus/hulu, also didn’t show any status, but when i went to manage subs it still said i needed to activate one, which can only mean the disney plus, because i activated peacock months ago.

any help would be so appreciated! I am not paying for disney plus if it’s included in my plan
