Disney plus

I can’t log into Disney + it allows me to login in my comcast.net email but then it wants me to choose a subscription plan which I already chose through Xfinity in the bundle. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried various methods and I can’t get nowhere. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_i1oxyp. Currently, there is a known issue impacting Disney+ and Hulu activations. Our teams are actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Once the issue is fixed, impacted customers will be notified with next steps. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.

Having the same issue - my xfinity app shows the subscription is “active” but when I go to Disney+ it asks me to pick a subscription in order to watch content. Previously was able to login back in May of this year.

Hello @Lf812, are you able to log in on any mobile devices successfully?

I can log in but it takes me directly to a page that says "you're one step closer to streaming" and then wants me to sign-up for a monthly plan. I had previously logged in on a SmartTV back in May and can still access it through that TV, but cannot access via any other TV in our home or our mobile devices.

@Lf812 Have you tried using different email addresses you own to see if it's tied to a different email account like either your Gmail or Comcast.net email accounts?
