Disney + Hulu Bundle

I pay the additional $7 for the Disney plus and Hulu no ads, yet I still have ads. When I call

no one can assist. I would like to be refunded for the time I’ve had to pay for no ads yet I’ve had the ads, as well as, getting no ads so I can enjoy my services.

The first thing I do with a streaming service is upgrade to the ad-free tier myself, so I know how important it is for that to go into effect. Can you start by letting me know how long it's been since you upgraded your Disney+ subscription?

Okay thanks for confirming! In that case, let's take a deeper look on our end to see if those charges had gone live yet. In some instances with Disney+ upgrades, the upgrade fee is unable to be prorated for the middle of a billing cycle, so the charge and upgrade features don't enable until the next billing cycle starts.
