Discovery plus plays but hangs and must be restarted

I have restarted the cable box and the modem. No difference.

JCREAMER  I'm sorry to hear you're seeing lagging with the Discovery Plus app. To make sure I understand, this is only happening on the box, when you use the app on any other devices it's fine, correct?
